The adjustable, fully-operational solar panel absorbs light energy which powers five LED lights to brighten three rooms in the house. 95% of the house is made of bamboo. Adjustable, fully operational solar panels absorb light energy and transfer it to four rechargeable AAA batteries.

The wiring for the working solar panel runs from the roof through the wall, just like a real home down to the first floor to the rechargeable batteries. Energy can be used in the 5 LED lights to brighten three rooms in the house. A light water-based stain has been applied to the bamboo which is then polished with beeswax, providing a natural, satin finish.
