Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded possible, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Olive Kids Direct,LLC or its manufacturers at no charge.
RETURNS: Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Any item that has been opened will not be accepted and will be returned to the consumer and return shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. Items that are special ordered, are on sale, personalized products, or appear on our "Specials" page are final sale and NOT returnable. Customers are responsible for the return of any product. We strongly suggest that you use insurance on all returns.
