Our 5/8 " thick, Economy SoftCarpets are the economical option to our Premium SoftCarpets. PLEASE NOTE: Economy SoftCarpets surface and bonding show 'wear and tear' after a short period of time while Premium SoftCarpets show 'minimum 'wear and tear' after many yeasr of use. Economy SoftCarpets surface fiber (knap) are much shorter and therefore more easily compressed giving the appearance of different color variations throughout when in fact every piece is from the same die lot and production run while Premium SodtCarpets whose longer surface fibers (knap) will always lay in the same direction and have a uniform color throughout.
