They conduct all required and recommended testing as developed by the CPSC (US agency) and other regulatory agencies. No product is allowed into production until all tests have been passed and I have received the full, detailed report. In August 2008, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) enacted several changes to current consumer product safety laws. Effective February 10, 2009, lead content in any children’s product must not exceed 600 parts per million (ppm) by weight for any part of the product. Effective August 2009, the lead limit will be decreased again to 300 ppm total lead content. From the day we opened our doors in May of 2002, all of our products have been in compliance with CPSIA regulations. As soon as we were informed of the new laws for 2009, our entire line was re-tested again and all were found to be in compliance with the new standards as well.
