Additionally, our products are engineered to prevent breakage by forces exerted during normal use and abuse by children under 3.

All Great Waits products are covered by our two-year warranty. During this period we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse. If your customer is not satisfied with a Great Waits product, it may returned within 90 days of ship date. You must first request a written Return Authorization or the returned shipment will not be accepted. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge and will be inspected. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. A credit memo will be issued for the price of the merchandise, excluding original shipping & handling charges, minus the 20% restocking charge. All products are available for shipment within 10 business days from the receipt of order. Prices do not include shipping and handling costs. Products ship FOB Madison, WI, via UPS.
