RETURNS POLICY: Defective items: In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please email us within 30 days of purchase and include your order number. Please describe in detail the defect. We will replace the item, and cover the shipping and handling charges.

Damages: As a courtesy to our customers, we ask that you do not sign for any shipment until you have inspected it carefully for damages. Especially if the box is dented, please check the contents before signing the receipt. Freight carriers industry-wide will only take responsibility for damaged shipments that are NOT signed for by the customer. If the customer discovers the damage after signing the receipt, there is no recourse with the carrier to refund the damaged goods. If upon inspection the product you discover it has been damaged in transit by the freight carrier, please do not sign the receipt, and refuse the shipment. If the carrier left the shipment damaged and you did not sign a receipt, email us within 30 days of purchase and include your order number, photos of the damage and describe the damage in detail. We will file a damage claim with the freight carrier. Room Magic will replace the damaged item.
