must first request a written Return Authorization or the returned shipment will not be accepted. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge and will be inspected. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. A credit memo will be issued for the price of the merchandise, excluding original shipping & handling charges, minus the 20% restocking charge.
