WOW, these guys are super fast!! I ordered my daughter's sleeping bag on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. As well, I spent A LOT (too much time actually) researching to find this bag online and no one else had them in stock or less expensive. I chanced ordering it anyway afraid it would come back with a backorder notation. So I asked for confirmation via email immediately (due to short time frame). Stacey, from LPC, responded right away after she called her distributor to confirm for me. Not only am I grateful for the exceptional service but I am super impressed with delivery time. The prices on this website were very competitive, but the best thing about it was the Customer Service. They kept me updated on the item, which was on backorder, and were extremely quick to get back to me if I had any questions. I will definitely order any children's toys, etc. from them in the future without hesitation. It's unusual to get such personal attention from an online store.
I ordered a sleeping bag from your company a month and a half ago... I have not stopped receiving compliments on it since the day I got it. My son is 16 months so he uses it at daycare and all the parents are raving about it. Personally, I also love it. So, first and foremost, thank you so much. The Toy Chest arrived in exceptional time and perfect condition in West Virginia. Little Colorado makes a great product. My daughter marveled at how beautiful it is, and actually said she was jealous of her newborn, Amelia Marie, because of it. All three of these Toy Chests will be a durable item to use, as well as a wonderful keepsake for my grandchildren.
