PAYMENT POLICIES:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Purchase Orders (see below), Checks, and PayPal ([email protected]).
- If you prefer to order via telephone, please call us at 1-800-797-8619 and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Washington State Residents:
- Orders by Washington State Residents may be subject to normal WA state sales tax on all sales. These monies will be in addition to and not already reflected in the pricing. Orders outside of Wa State are tax free at this time.
PURCHASE ORDERS:
- We accept purchase orders from School Districts, Public Schools, Charter Schools, WIC programs, Head Starts, Universities, Hospitals, Pediatric Clinics, Military, Libraries, Government Agencies and other organizations that utilize Purchase Orders.
QUOTES & W9:
- We are happy to email our W-9 upon request.
- If you would like a quote, please email us at [email protected] with your name, address and items. We will email you a quote asap.
HOW TO ORDER WITH A PURCHASE ORDER:
- Please email [email protected] or fax at 1-800-797-8619 your order; official signed PO on School, Corporate, Hospital, or Government Agency Purchase Order Forms or Letterhead.
- Please provide a phone number & email address for shipment tracking and invoicing. We will process your order and email back a confirmation.
- We will email tracking information, along with the invoice when the order ships.
PAYMENT INFO FOR PURCHASE ORDERS:
- Payments are due at Net 15 terms for orders under $3000 otherwise 1/2 down may be required.
- We do not accept purchase orders for lofts. Payment is due at time of order.

SHIPPING POLICIES:
- Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground. Some of our vendors use DHL, or a trucking company for heavy items and USPS for lighter items.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, or Internationally with the following exceptions:

- Some products have Free Shipping or Shipping Included offers. These offers only apply for ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
- We are happy to provide you with a shipping quote via telephone or email but you can also calculate shipping charges online. To do so simply place your item(s) in the shopping cart and then click 'Check Out'. If you fill out your shipping information and click 'Continue' you will see your exact shipping charges before your order is placed. At this point you still have the option to either continue and place your order or cancel it. You can get this information without entering any payment information.
- Please be aware that shipping rates have increased dramatically. The actual cost of shipping is often much more than we are charging you.
- Please make sure that you give us the correct address information for accurate deliveries. If the customer made an error and noticed it after order shipped, we will make all attempts possible to redirect the order per customer's request. We can not guarantee the shipment will be redirected.
- If you request signature on delivery, please specify that in the checkout notes. Most of our items will be dropped off without signature.
- If you are shipping a gift, please inform the recipient that a package has been sent so that the delivery will not be refused. If a package is returned to us, we will bill the purchaser for all related shipping charges.
- Please note that many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you purchase multiple items they might be arrive in multiple boxes and on different days.
We charge a fixed rate on shipping depending on your order amount. See table below.

Express Services - We understand that you might want your order shipped using a method other than ground delivery. If this is the case, please email us your request prior to placing the order and we will contact you with a shipping quote and ordering instructions. Some items cannot be expressed due to the constraints of the vendors we deal with. In addition, express shipping methods such as overnight or 2 Day Air can be as much as 4x or more than ground shipping.
For orders shipped via Freight Line, Standard Shipment charges apply only if a loading dock is available. If liftgate, inside delivery, or prior notification services are needed, arrangements must be made at time of order and additional charges will be applied as followed:
- Liftgate Service: $75
- Inside Delivery $75
- Minimum Truck Charge: $140
- Truck Call Ahead Charge: $25

Delivery Time Estimated shipping times are listed on each item page at the end of the product description. Ground shipping time will usually be 3 to 7 business days after the order is shipped, depending on where you live and where it's shipping from, again consult the item page for delivery times on your particular item.
Orders submitted with the wrong billing information will need verification and therefore will be delayed and the above shipping policies will not apply. We ask that you please enter your billing address & phone # exactly as stated on your credit card statement so that your order may be processed efficiently.

For CANADA ORDERS: We do not offer free shipping to Canada.
Customer will be responsible for all brokers fees, duties & taxes. All items in the store are listed in US dollars. The current exchange rate will be used.

RETURN POLICY:
Little People's Cove wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Prior to making a purchase, please be sure to ask any questions you might have about your order. We want you to be informed about the item(s) you are purchasing.
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We will refund the purchase price minus the manufacturers restocking fee, anywhere between 10-25%. We cannot refund original shipping charges. If the item had free shipping or shipping included with the purchase price, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must e-mail us at [email protected] to receive authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.
All customized products are non-refundable. This includes but not limited to monogrammed sleeping bags, personalized wall hangings, personalized wall murals, digital wallpaper wall murals and any other product that has been personalized in anyway. All HABA products are custom made in Germany, once the order is placed for HABA products only, the order is noncancellable and non returnable.
For items damaged during shipping, contact us immediately for further instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. Little People's Cove reserves the right to replace damaged parts first. As with all returns please e-mail us at [email protected] receive authorization or simply refuse the shipment if the damage is evident at time of delivery.
Refusal of Delivery:
If an order is refused for a reason other than damage, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping costs back to the warehouse, and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the respective shipment.
Terms of Sale:
We make every attempt to present accurate information on our site and we correct any errors as we identify them. However, due to changes in descriptions, images, availability, and prices - some products are subject to correction or change without notice. You may verify product information by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-797-8619. A binding contract for the sale of the goods concerned does not exist until they are physically shipped and the customer's credit card is debited. If an honest mistake is made on the part of the seller we will contact you and you would not be responsible for keeping the sale in place.
Backordered Items:
Little People's Cove makes every reasonable effort to post accurate information about the availability of each item and when backordered items will become available. However, the information on the site is only as current as the most recent report provided by the manufacturers and occasionally there is a lag between posted and actual status. We will make every effort to keep you informed if a backorder is delayed.
