Returns & Refunds
You may return items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Return Guidelines:
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
✔ Refunds issued minus the manufacturer's restocking fee (10–25%)
✔ Original shipping costs are non-refundable
✔ If your item had free shipping or shipping included, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
✔ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items
❌ Customized & Personalized Products (monogrammed sleeping bags, personalized murals, digital wallpaper, etc.)
❌ HABA Products – Custom-made in Germany; non-cancelable and non-returnable once ordered
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately for instructions.
To process a damaged item return:
✔ Keep the original packaging and box—required for exchanges or returns
✔ Little People's Cove reserves the right to replace damaged parts first
✔ If damage is visible at delivery, refuse the shipment and notify us

Refusal of Delivery
If an order is refused for any reason other than damage, the customer is responsible for:
✔ All shipping costs, including return shipping fees
✔ Any additional costs incurred during the return process
If the order qualified for free shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, details may change, and we correct errors as identified.
