Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Before returning an item, you must:
- Email [email protected] to request a return authorization
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Return conditions:
- Customers pay return shipping costs
- Refunds are issued minus the manufacturer's restocking fee (10–25%)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For items with free or included shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Customized & Personalized Products — Including monogrammed sleeping bags, personalized murals, digital wallpaper, and similar items
❌ HABA Products — Custom-made in Germany and non-cancelable/non-returnable once your order is placed
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] for instructions.
Important steps:
- Keep all original packaging and boxes — Required for exchanges or returns
- If damage is visible upon delivery, refuse the shipment and notify us right away
- Little People's Cove reserves the right to replace damaged parts rather than accepting a full return
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery for any reason other than damage, you are responsible for:
- All outbound and return shipping fees
- Any additional costs incurred during the return process
- For orders with free shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
Terms of Sale
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, product details may change and errors are corrected as identified.
Important to know:
- A binding sales contract is established only when your order ships and your credit card is charged
- If a pricing or description error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order

Backordered Items
We work hard to keep product availability current, but manufacturer delays occasionally occur.
If an item is backordered:
- We'll keep you informed about expected availability
- You'll be notified promptly of any further delays
