Warranty & Support
Playscapes is proud to serve as the exclusive distributor of Moje Bambino products in the United States and Canada. Moje Bambino is a trusted European manufacturer of children’s furniture, sensory items, and educational equipment, with decades of experience supporting schools, preschools, and childcare centers.
Moje Bambino products are ISO 9001 certified and eco-friendly, backed by over 20 years of experience serving schools across Europe. The company is deeply committed to environmental care and sustainable development. Every step of production is handled with respect for the natural environment, workers’ rights, and local communities. High-quality materials and modern technologies are used to reduce environmental impact.
Moje Bambino focuses on the full life cycle of each product. Eco-friendly raw materials are carefully selected. Production processes are managed to reduce waste. Products are built to last and designed for long-term use in educational settings. Spare parts are available for many items, allowing damaged components to be replaced instead of discarding the entire product. This extends product life and supports future generations.
Most Moje Bambino items include a 1–2 year manufacturer warranty. Unless otherwise noted on the product page.
For specific warranty terms (length of coverage, what is covered, and how to make a claim), see the individual product description or contact customer service.
Please Note: This item is custom made. After an order is submitted, cancellations or modifications are not possible. Production typically requires 12-14 weeks lead time, although it may ship sooner.
