- Lifetime Warranty: Aluminum posts, stainless steel fasteners, clamps, beams, caps, and steel posts (covers corrosion, deterioration, and manufacturing defects).
- 15-Year Warranty: Steel arches, plastic parts, aluminum and steel components not otherwise specified, climbers, outdoor musical instruments, decks, and coatings (excluding chain ladders and swing chains). Also covers galvanized or stainless steel parts and HDPE panels.
- 10-Year Warranty: PVC coating and concrete products (excluding minor cosmetic issues).
- 8-Year Warranty: Climbers and climbing cables (manufacturing/material defects).
- 5-Year Warranty: Cable connections, cables, mallets, and polycarbonate panels.Also covers shade structures, including moving parts and cables.
