We offer international ordering options for Alaska, Canada, and select international destinations. Please review the sections below to determine which ordering method applies to you.
Canada & Alaska Ordering
International shipping is available for select manufacturers only. All other products do not ship to these locations.
Eligible Product Lines
- HABA Pro – Item codes beginning with PS-H - (Some items ship from the U.S.; others ship from Germany and require 12–14 weeks)
- Mojo Bambino – Item codes beginning with PS-M
- Novum – Item codes beginning with PS-N
- Playscapes – Item codes beginning with PS-
- Gressco – Item codes beginning with GR-
Canada Orders
Free shipping does not apply to Canada. Customers are responsible for:
- Broker fees, duties, and taxes
- Shipping costs
- Currency exchange (prices listed in USD)
How to Request a Quote

We will provide a detailed quote, including shipping, broker fees, duties, and taxes.

Once payment is received, your order will be processed and tracking will be provided once the order is shipped.
Alaska Orders
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska.

International Orders Outside of Alaska & Canada
Freight Forwarder Pickup (Required)
We welcome international customers shipping outside the U.S., Canada, and Alaska. Due to varying shipping costs, customs regulations, and logistics, international orders cannot be placed directly through our website.
All international orders are handled via custom quote and invoice, with customers arranging freight forwarder pickup from our U.S. warehouses.
How International Ordering Works
1. Request a Quote
Email [email protected] with:
- Products and quantities
- Destination country and city
- Any delivery deadlines or special requirements
We will review your request and prepare a custom invoice.
2. Receive Your Invoice & Pickup Details
Your invoice will include:
- Product pricing
- U.S. warehouse pickup address
- Approximate shipping dimensions and weight
- Details needed to request a freight forwarding quote
You may then contact a freight forwarder of your choice for international shipping quotes.
3. Arrange Your Freight Forwarder
You are responsible for:
- Selecting and hiring a freight forwarder
- International shipping costs
- Customs clearance, duties, and import taxes
Your freight forwarder will coordinate transport after pickup.
4. Payment Terms

Payment in full is required before order processing

Orders will not move into production or fulfillment until payment is received.
5. Order Completion & Pickup
When your order is ready:
- We will notify you by email
- Your freight forwarder schedules pickup with the warehouse
- Pickup appointments are required
What We Provide
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Warehouse pickup address
- Approximate pallet or crate dimensions
- Coordination with your freight forwarder for scheduled pickup
Customer Responsibilities
International customers are responsible for:
- Freight forwarder selection and costs
- International shipping
- Customs clearance, duties, and taxes
- Compliance with destination country import regulations
Shipping beyond our U.S. warehouse is not included unless stated in writing.
Important Notes
- Pickup appointments are required
- Transit times vary by destination and shipping method
- We do not provide international shipping quotes
- Title and risk transfer to the customer once freight is picked up by the forwarder
