We’re proud to support communities worldwide by helping build musical parks that inspire creativity, connection, and joyful expression.

Founded in 1995 by Grammy Award-winning musician Richard Cooke, Freenotes was born from a desire to eliminate the barriers to making music. Inspired by his own journey of learning to play without formal training, Cooke created instruments so beautiful and intuitive that anyone could play—and never want to stop. Today, that vision continues to grow around the globe.
